Persona’s integration with AtData enables teams to enrich user data by matching email addresses to postal identities—or vice versa—directly within onboarding, verification, and investigation workflows.

Setting up the AtData integration

Prerequisites

To set up the AtData integration, ensure you have:

• An AtData account
• An AtData API key
• Access to required identity fields (e.g., name, address, or email) within your Persona workflows

Setting up AtData credentials

1. In the Persona Dashboard, navigate to Integrations > Marketplace and click on AtData.
2. Click Add Credential at the top of the page.
3. Enter a nickname for the credential and continue.
4. Enter your AtData API key.
5. Save the credential.

Using the AtData integration in a workflow

1. Create a new workflow, or open an existing workflow.
2. Add a new action step under Integrations.
3. Select the AtData integration and choose your credentials.
4. Configure input fields using Persona data (e.g., name, address, or email).
5. Save and publish the workflow.
