How do I access the Persona Academy?

Accessing the Academy

The Persona Academy is available to customers with an active plan with Persona and businesses on the Persona Startup Program. To access the academy:

From the Dashboard

1. Visit academy.withpersona.com or use the Ask AI chat widget in the bottom right to navigate to the Academy homepage.
2. Explore the available courses and lessons.
3. Once you've selected a desired piece of content, you may be prompted to log in.

• If you are logged in to the Persona Dashboard within the same browser in which you are viewing the Academy, the content should be immediately available.
• If you are not logged in, the experience will prompt you to log into your Persona user account and then you can return to the Academy to proceed with learning.

From the Help Center

1. Click on Academy in the top navigation.
2. Explore the available courses and lessons

Errors while logging into the Academy

If you are experiencing an error when trying to access a specific piece of content, it is likely you are experiencing a log in error. Some troubleshooting steps that may help resolve the issue:

1. Going to your Persona Dashboard and logging out, if you are already logged into the Dashboard.
2. Clearing your browser's cookies and history.
3. Completely quitting your browse.
4. Going to your Persona Dashboard and logging in.
5. Opening a separate tab to navigate to the Persona Academy, and proceeding to access the lesson or course you'd like to view.
