What do I do if my Startup Program is ending?

Answer

If your one-year Persona Startup Program is about to end, you have two options to keep your integration running smoothly:

1. Upgrade to the Essentials Plan, or
2. Submit a request for an extension of the Startup Program (reviewed on a case-by-case basis).

Option 1: Upgrade to the Essentials Plan

Upgrading to the Essentials Plan ensures uninterrupted access to Persona and unlocks enhanced features.

The Essentials Plan includes the same 500 monthly service runs as the Startup Program, so upgrading won’t disrupt your existing integrations.

To upgrade:

1. In the Dashboard, navigate to Organization > Billing.
2. Select Essentials Plan and follow the prompts to complete the upgrade.

Option 2: Request an Extension of the Startup Program

The Startup Program is intentionally limited to one year. In some cases, Persona may grant an exceptional extension, but extensions are not guaranteed and are reviewed individually.

If additional time would meaningfully support your development or integration, you may submit a request for review.

To submit an extension request:

1. Complete the extension form.
2. Provide details about your business and your current Persona usage.
3. Our team will review your request and follow up with next steps.

If your original application included incorrect or incomplete information, you can clarify that in your appeal.

What details should I include in my request?

To help us evaluate your extension, include:

• How many service runs you’ve used so far
• Whether Persona is already integrated into your product
• Why additional trial time would meaningfully support your development
• Any application misconfiguration details (if applicable)

What if my Startup Program ends while my request is under review?

Submitting an extension request does not change your current plan or disable your account.

If your one-year term ends before your request is reviewed, some features may be temporarily limited. To avoid interruptions, we recommend submitting your request as early as possible.
