How do I check a Plan Application’s Status?

If you’ve applied for either the Essentials Plan or the Startup Program, you’ll receive updates directly from the Persona team as your application moves through review. The review process can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the plan you've applied for and the details of your application.

Here’s how to confirm your status and make sure you don’t miss any communication.

Where will I receive updates?

All plan application updates, whether for Essentials or the Startup Program, are sent to the email address associated with your Persona account.

When can I expect an update?

Our team will contact you directly with:

  • An update when your application is under review
  • Requests for additional information (if needed)
  • Approval or denial notifications
  • Next steps for activating your plan

It's normal to wait at least a few days between updates, as every application undergoes a thorough review. The process can take longer if our team needs to perform additional due diligence on your application.

If you’re not receiving updates as expected, please double-check that messages from Persona aren’t being filters or blocked by your email provider. Updates are sent from addresses ending in @withpersona.com, so be sure to add this domain to your email allowlist.
