## Overview

[Productboard](https://www.productboard.com/) is a product management platform that helps teams capture customer feedback, prioritize features, and align stakeholders around a shared product roadmap. Persona's Productboard integration enables automated creation and management of product components and features directly from your workflows — turning identity operation signals into tracked product work without manual handoff.

## Benefits

**Turn Identity Friction into Product Improvements**: Automatically create Productboard features when Persona workflows detect recurring verification issues, turning operational pain points into tracked product work.

**Keep Product Roadmaps Current**: Use Persona workflow events to update feature status, description, or ownership in Productboard so the roadmap reflects real-time signals.

**Bridge Operations and Product**: Eliminate the manual step of translating compliance or fraud findings into product features — Persona does it automatically based on workflow outcomes.

**Maintain a Clean Component Hierarchy**: Programmatically create and manage components to keep your product structure organized as new capabilities or integrations are introduced.

**Reduce Context Switching**: Product managers and engineers don't need to manually log identity issues into Productboard — the integration does it at the right moment.

## Integration Features

Persona's Productboard integration enables automation across component and feature management. Key capabilities include:

- **List Components**: Return all components in your Productboard workspace.
- **Create Component**: Create new components under a product or parent component.
- **Get / Update / Delete Component**: Retrieve, update, and remove components.
- **List Features**: Return features with optional filtering by component.
- **Create Feature**: Create new features with name, description, status, and owner.
- **Get / Update Feature**: Retrieve and update feature details and status.

## Setting up the Productboard integration
