[Box](https://www.box.com/) is a cloud content management and file sharing platform that helps organizations securely store, manage, and distribute documents. Persona’s integration with Box enables workflows to retrieve file information and generate shared file links directly from Persona.

This integration is particularly useful for compliance, onboarding, fraud, and operational workflows that depend on secure document management.

## Setting up the Box integration

### Prerequisites

To set up the Box integration, ensure you have:

- A Box account.
- Access to the files you intend to manage.
- Appropriate permissions to retrieve file information and manage shared links.

### Setting up the Box Credentials

1.  Navigate to **Integrations > Marketplace**.
2.  Select **Box**.
3.  Click **Add Credential**.
4.  Authenticate with Box.
5.  Authorize requested permissions.
6.  Save the credential.

### Using the Box integration in a workflow

1.  Open or create a workflow.
2.  Add an **Integrations** action step.
3.  Select **Box**.
4.  Choose your credential.
5.  Configure the desired action.
6.  Save and publish the workflow.
