How do I cancel my plan?

We're sorry to hear you want to cancel your plan! We’ve genuinely appreciated working with you, and we wish your team the very best moving forward.

Cancellations work differently depending on your plan type. We've described the process for each plan type below.

If you’re on the Essential, Growth, or Enterprise Plan

These plans require a 12-month contract with a monthly payment schedule. Your contract may have specific non-renewal notice requirements (typically 30 days before your renewal date), which you can find in your signed order form. If you do not want to renew your plan at the end of your 12-month contract term, we recommend notifying us by emailing billing@withpersona.com as soon as possible.

If you are facing extenuating circumstances, we can consider requests for mid-term contract cancellation on a case-by-case basis. Annual contracts help us keep pricing simple and predictable, so please understand that cancellation may not always be possible. To request an early cancellation or discuss your options, please email billing@withpersona.com.

If you’re on the Startup Program

The Startup Program offers limited access for up to one year, and access ends automatically once the program period expires. If you’d like to end your participation early, please email billing@withpersona.com.
