How do I cancel my plan?

For customers on the Essential, Growth, or Enterprise plans
We’re sorry to hear that you’re considering canceling your plan and access to Persona. All customers on a plan have a signed order form or agreement with us. Your agreement may include a set term (i.e. one year) and auto-renewal terms (many customers prefer this because it keeps everything simple) that you may want to review. To cancel, make sure that the terms on the agreement align before proceeding with your cancellation plans.
We understand that running a business is challenging and things come up, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out and the team will do our best to work with your situation.
Customers (who are on a plan with a signed order form or agreement) may have specific terms for notice of non-renewal that can be found in the order form. Often times, this may be a time to consider cancelling your plan (though we’d love to help you keep using Persona!). For many, you may need to write an email to billing@withpersona.com at least 30 days before that contract renewal date.
For customers in the Startup Program
The Startup Program offers limited access to some features of the Persona Platform. To cancel your access, please write an email to billing@withpersona.com and our team will work to terminate your access.
