Overview
This announcement outlines updates to the Verifications product. The changes include visual adjustments to how Verification run results are displayed in the Persona dashboard for all Verification types. The changes took effect in September 2024.

You may have noticed slight visual updates to how Verification run results are displayed in the dashboard. The visual changes are designed to improve clarity and give you an intuitive way to further investigate the details of a Verification run.
Details
These changes do not affect the underlying data or information displayed, nor do they change the familiar frameworks for reviewing a Verification. Instead the visual changes clarify iconography (i.e. pass, fail), standardize result metadata within Verification Check tables where applicable, and further highlight the required check configurations for the Verification Template to help you understand why a Verification did or did not pass.
The following are illustrations of the types of changes that can be seen for a Verification run.
Clear visual indicators for Verification check results
Required checks are visualized as a checkbox giving an intuitive indicator of what Verification Checks were needed to pass the run. Additionally, each check’s status and name are displayed with the ability to hover and view a brief definition of the check in a tooltip.
Expanded Verification check toggles reveal additional metadata
Verification Checks can be expanded can be expanded when additional review or investigation of a Verification is necessary. When expanded via a toggle, the metadata is presented in a consistent format to make review as efficient and intuitive as possible.
Inline and intuitive attribute-based check results
Attribute-based Verification Checks, like Identity Comparison Checks, are now displayed within the check results table and are, by default, automatically expanded. For Verification Templates configured with multiple allowed match groups, results for those checks present the ability to toggle between results.
