Using Webhooks + Zapier to create an Email Integration

In the Persona dashboard, you can use a Webhook to have an email sent to you about events triggered during your user's inquiry flow. Follow these steps:

1. Create or sign into your account in Zapier. Create a new Zap. Configure the first step to respond to the Webhook.

2. Create a new Webhook in your Persona Dashboard for the Webhook URL from Zapier.

3. Create an Inquiry from the Persona Dashboard to trigger an event.

In Zapier, click Test & Review to confirm that the hook was caught. This will be helpful later when writing your email template so that Zapier knows what data is being sent.

4. Add a second step to your Zap to configure the email.

Click Test & Review in Zapier and turn on the Zap (top-right corner). You should now receive an email  whenever an Inquiry is completed!
