Bulk Configure Allowed Gov IDs

Question

For my Gov ID verification, how can I only allow passports for enabled countries while including Driver’s Licenses for Canada and the United States, while not having to individually configure each country?

Answer

There is a quick method to bulk updates of allowed IDs for Gov ID verifications. Let’s walk through the example configuration above.

Within your inquiry template, use the left nav to head to the templates verifications.

From the Gov ID drop down select Enabled Countries and ID types.

To the right of search by country , use the dropdown to filter by enabled countries. Then click toggle select All Countries at the top of the table. Then click the Configure IDs button.

In the ID configuration, un-check every ID you don't want to allow and/or select all the types you do want to allow. Note that most types are not available in many countries, so even if you have countries selected that don’t support a type, that type is still not be available for those countries.

Then you can use the same process to select a more narrow range of countries, like just Canada and the US, and then configure allowing Driver's Licenses or other ID types just for them.
