Why did my Persona objects fail to attach to my Case (in a Workflow)?
Answer
In order to ensure optimal performance within Persona’s dashboard, each case is limited to 1,000 case objects (e.g. ID, case ID, object type, object ID). This is a high threshold, so in the event that you encounter an error message when attaching objects (whether via Workflows, API, or in the dashboard).
