Question
What do I do if my Essential trial is expiring?
Answer
The Essential Trial is a fixed 60-day trial period that provides access to the Essential plan. When the 60 days are up, the trial ends automatically.
What happens when my Essential trial expires?
Once your trial reaches the end of the 60-day period:
- The trial expires automatically
- It does not convert to a paid or month-to-month plan
- Your instance is deactivated if no action is taken
- Your data and configurations will be retained and available to view for a limited time. However, you will not be able to edit existing configurations or create new ones. You may view and export your data during this period.
To keep your instance active, you’ll need to upgrade before the trial ends.
What are my options?
Before your trial ends, you can upgrade to a paid Essential plan or another paid plan. Upgrading ensures uninterrupted access.
Can I get an extension?
No. The Essential trial is a non-extendable 60-day period and always ends on schedule.
How will I know my trial is ending?
Persona sends email notifications as your trial approaches expiration. These emails are sent to the address associated with your Persona account and include reminders about timing and next steps.
Details about trial limits and expiration are also covered on Plans Overview.
