Add or remove a required Verification check

Overview

Once you have decided which Verification checks you want to require for Verification type, you can configure them in the Dashboard.

Prerequisites

  • The ability to configure required Verification checks is available on paid plans. If you're on the free plan and want to upgrade, please contact us here.

  • If your Verification check configurations are fully managed by your Persona team, you will not be able to edit them yourself. Please reach out to your customer success manager if you'd like to make changes.

Find the Verifications checks configuration

  1. In the Dashboard, navigate to Inquiries > Templates.
  2. Select the Inquiry Template you want to edit.
  3. In the Flow Editor, click Configure in the upper corner.
  4. Select Verifications in the sidebar. Verifications-config.png
  5. Scroll to the Verification type you want.

Add a required Verification check

In the Verification checks configuration:

  1. Find the check in the Checks table.
  2. If the check is grayed out, click "+" to first enable the check.
  3. Select the Required checkbox in the row.

Remove a required Verification check

In the Verification checks configuration:

  1. Find the check in the Checks table.
  2. Deselect the Required checkbox.
  3. (Optional) Disable the check: click "..." > Disable.

Save changes

In the upper corner of the Flow Editor, click Save.
