Overview
You can deactivate an user in your Persona organization through the dashboard. A deactivated user will no longer be able to access the Persona dashboard.
Prerequisites
You must be assigned the permission to edit users.
Steps
To deactivate a user:
- In the dashboard, navigate to Team > Users.
- In the row for the user you want to edit, select "..." > Deactivate.
- In the modal, click Remove.
View deactivated user
You can refresh the Users page to verify that the user was deactivated. Note: You may need to add "Deactivated" to the list of user statuses to filter for.
