Answer

Persona community spaces (such as Slack), Startup Program user access expires after one year. This expiration applies only to community and collaboration tools, it does not affect access to the Persona application itself.

Why does Persona community access expire?

Access to Persona-managed community spaces is tied to the fixed, one-year term of the Startup Program.

How can I regain access to the Persona community?

If your access has expired:

  • Upgrade to a paid plan (such as the Essential plan) to regain ongoing access to Persona community spaces.
  • Contact Persona Support to request a review for a potential extension. Extensions are considered on a case-by-case basis and aren’t guaranteed, but the team is happy to take a look.
