How do I close or delete my account with Persona?

Closing your account
If you are a customer of Persona on a plan or in the Startup Program, please refer to How to cancel your plan.
For businesses or individuals who may be exploring Persona in a trial or who may have accidentally created an account (with an associated trial instance), go to the Help Center. Under Get Help Now, click Submit a Request > Click Evaluating a plan or feature & answering questions about pricing and let the team know that you'd like to close your account.
Note your account vs Accounts
This should not to be confused with the Persona product called Accounts. This answer specifically refers to an instance of Persona (some may refer to this as their organization, instance, environment, or account).
