What is the Case Inquiry module?
The Case Inquiry module is a prebuilt component that can be added to a Case Template. It displays all attached Inquiries on a Case. You can attach an Inquiry to a Case by using the Attach Objects to Case step in a Workflow. You can also customize when fields are displayed on the module and define logic that governs when it appears.
The Case Inquiry module displays related inquiries on a Case and lets you expand each Inquiry to view more details in one consolidated view.
