Overview

A solution is a set of Persona products preconfigured to solve a specific use case. Use cases include age verification, KYC, KYB, and more.

It's easy to set up a solution. It takes just a few clicks.

Steps

1. In the Dashboard, switch into your Sandbox environment. 
2. Select Home in the navigation bar.
3. On the Home page, click Explore all solutions.
4. Find the solution you want, then click Add to sandbox.
5. Click the solution to see instructions that help you explore and integrate it.

You are be able see and customize it from the menu Inquiries > Templates

On the Home page, you'll find the solution you just added under Explore your solutions. Click the solution to see instructions that help you explore and integrate it.
