How do I request a new Inquiry link?
Resume a flow started on another device by selecting Continue on another device, or ask the organization that sent you to Persona for a new link.
2My verification link has expired
Persona verification links expire for security, by default 24 hours after creation. Contact the organization that sent you to the flow to resume.
3I see a "Session Expired" error.
Why a Persona verification session expires after you leave the flow, for example by closing the browser, before completing it.

Why isn't the barcode being captured clearly?
ID barcodes need high-quality images to decode. Improve the scan by switching to a mobile device, fixing lighting and glare, and holding still.
2I see a "Failed to capture screenshot and/or the Play icon" error when I take a photo.
Fix the Failed to capture screenshot or Play icon error by turning off Low Power Mode and charging your device so video capture is not limited.
3I see a "Can't access your camera" error.
