If I’m on the Essential Plan, do my 500 free services (Verifications or Reports) roll over from month-to-month?
Answer
No, free services on the Essential Plan do not roll over.
Your monthly allotment of 500 free services resets each billing cycle, and any unused services are expired at the end of the cycle. They do not accumulate, and there is no carryover from previous periods.
Once you exceed your monthly 500 free services:
- Additional services are billed at the standard Essential rate.
- Billing is calculated based on actual service usage.
For example, if your billing cycle resets on the 1st of each month, if you used 420 services in January then on February 1st you would forfeit the 80 unused services, and start again with 500 services. You would not begin February with 580 services.
