What is the Inquiry Country Select with branching module?

The Country Select with branching module adds a pre-built screen to your Inquiry flow that asks the end user to select their country, with pre-configured conditional logic that routes users to different parts of the flow based on their selection. It offers the same country collection behavior as the Country Select module, with the routing already built in.

It writes the user's selection to Persona's standard selected_country_code field. The module adds this field key to the Inquiry template automatically if it doesn't already exist.

How do you add an Inquiry Country Select with branching module?

1. Navigate to the Dashboard, and click on Inquiries > Templates.
2. Find and click on the Inquiry template you want to edit, or Create a new template.
3. In the Flow Editor, click the "+" sign in the flow where you want to add a module.

4. Select Module from the list of options.
5. Choose Country Select with branching and then click Insert. The module adds a screen with a country selection input and a pre-built branching step to your flow.

6. Click Selected Country Code matches and then click the pencil icon to edit which countries will pass through the route. See Branching Steps in Inquiries for more on configuring branching logic.

7. In the Flow Editor, click the "+" sign next to Else to add steps for users whose selected country doesn't match the configured route.

Module placement

Not all locations in the flow support modules. If the Module option is grayed out when you click "+", hover over it to see why it can't be inserted there.
