What is the Inquiry Country Select module?
The Country Select module adds a pre-built screen to your Inquiry flow that asks the end user to select their country. It writes the user’s selection to Persona’s standard selected_country_code field. The module adds this field key to the Inquiry template automatically if it doesn’t already exist.
Verification steps that require a country code (such as Database Verification) are pre-configured to read from this field, so using the module avoids field key mismatches that can occur when building a country selection screen manually.

How do you add an Inquiry Country Select module?
- Navigate to the Dashboard, and click on Inquiries > Templates.
- Find and click on the Inquiry template you want to edit, or Create a new template.
- In the Flow Editor, click the “+” sign in the Flow where you want to add a module.
- Select Module from the list of options.
- Choose Country Select and then click Insert. The module adds a screen with a country selection input to your flow.
Module placement
Not all locations in the flow support modules. If the Module option is grayed out when you click “+”, hover over it to see why it can’t be inserted there.
