Miro is a collaborative online whiteboarding platform that enables teams to brainstorm, plan projects, and collaborate visually. Persona’s integration with Miro allows workflows to retrieve board information and manage board access directly from Persona.

This integration helps operations, trust and safety, fraud, and compliance teams automate collaboration workflows by connecting Persona events with Miro boards.

Setting up the Miro integration

Prerequisites

To set up the Miro integration, ensure you have:

  • A Miro account.
  • Access to the boards you want to manage.
  • Permissions to share boards with other users.

Setting up the Miro Credentials

  1. Navigate to Integrations > Marketplace.
  2. Select Miro.
  3. Click Add Credential.
  4. Authenticate with Miro.
  5. Approve requested permissions.
  6. Save the credential.

Using the Miro integration in a workflow

  1. Create or edit a workflow.
  2. Add an Integrations action step.
  3. Select Miro.
  4. Choose your credential.
  5. Configure the desired Miro action.
  6. Publish the workflow.
