Overview
Microsoft Entra is the full identity and access management platform from Microsoft. It controls and protects user access to applications and resources in all of your organization from one location. It includes Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) for identity management. It also includes Entra Verified ID for digital credentials.
With the Persona Microsoft Entra integrations, you can add identity verification to important employee security workflows. Identity verification helps to protect against phishing, social engineering, and deepfake attacks.
With these integrations, organizations can:
- Get user profile data from Entra ID to add data to verification workflows.
- Get the registered email of a user from Entra for an email-based verification step, for example a one-time passcode. If this step does not succeed, the flow can use document verification.
- Enable secure password resets and account recovery through identity verification.
- Issue verified digital credentials. Employees can keep these credentials and show them at different verification points.
