Microsoft Entra is Microsoft’s comprehensive identity and access management platform that centralizes and secures user access to applications and resources across your organization. It includes Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) for identity management, and Entra Verified ID for digital credentials.
With Persona’s Microsoft Entra integrations, you can embed identity verification into critical employee security workflows — protecting against phishing, social engineering, and deepfake attacks.
Organizations can:
- Pull user profile data from Entra ID to enrich verification workflows
- Retrieve a user’s registered email from Entra to drive an email-based verification step (such as a one-time passcode) before falling back to document verification
- Enable secure password resets and account recovery through identity verification
- Issue verified digital credentials that employees can store and present at different verification touch points
